Compute IT and ProAv Business Manager
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Compute IT and ProAv Business Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing a portfolio of IT products, requiring strong market research capabilities, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the Business Unit strategy in full alignment with the agreed strategy to grow profitable market share
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Responsible for growing share of wallet (market share) with the vendor
• Ownership of developing and executing the vendor business plan
• Support the development and execution of marketing plans alongside the Marketing Manager
• Accurate and timely weekly forecasting and pipeline development
• Development of key channel relationships
• Key customer engagement
• Vendor operational, sales and marketing team engagement
• Large deal & pipeline engagement
• Driving the presence and profile of the vendor(s) internally within Exertis and externally to customers
• Negotiate on deals and rebates
• Input into purchasing, sales and pricing policy
• Strategic input into vendor market propositions
• People management and development (where applicable)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and reseller partners.
• Develop and implement commercial plans to drive product sales and market penetration.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with vendors and partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Create and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to promote brand growth.
• Oversee the branding and positioning of a diverse range of IT products.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Track and analyse the performance of products and campaigns.
• Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback.
