Brand Ambassador

Position Summary:
The role of the JBL Field representative is to be the advocate for JBL in Irish retail and maintaining
appropriate presence of JBL product displays within key retail stores, thus achieving the goal of
upholding and building the JBL brand within key retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
• JBL brand ambassador across retail in Ireland, including Harvey Norman, DID, Expert
Electrical, Powercity, Soundstore etc.
• Building and maintaining relationships with retailers.
• Oversee and manage product training sessions with retailers.
• Strategy development to increase store sales.
• Support at trade events and marketing activations.
• Merchandising and maintenance of JBL product displays, including portable speakers,
headphones, party speakers, soundbars and gaming headsets.
• Maintaining stock of JBL POS within Exertis warehouse.
• Collect, capture, analyse and use report data in an accurate and effective manner.
• Reporting and presenting key findings, revealed by analysis of retail stores, feedback from
store staff and general observation back to JBL head office.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 2 years customer facing, retail shop floor experience.
• Experience and interest in consumer electronics.
• Consumer orientated with a strong understanding of retail.
• Good planning and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
